Campers only
Gilbert Ray Campground (Pima County, Tucson Mountain Park): Pima County says the dump station is only for campers and that public use of the dump station or dumpsters is prohibited. RV sites are $35/night. Rigs are limited to 40 ft, and RVs over 25 ft should come in from Ajo Highway via Kinney Road, not Gates Pass. RV fresh tanks can only be filled at the dump station.
Picacho Peak State Park (I-10 Exit 219): the dump station at the campground entrance is included with camping and is not available to non-campers.
On I-10 either side of Tucson
Northwest, toward the Phoenix area: Love's #972 in Eloy (Toltec Rd, Exit 203) lists RV Dump Service, RV Friendly Parking and an RV hookup. East, toward New Mexico: Love's #460 in Benson (Exit 302) lists RV Dump Service and bulk propane.
ADOT rest areas statewide don't have RV dump stations, so don't plan on one between towns.
